This is one of the most important factors where spinneret filters is cleaned from all impurities and made "dead flat" by calendering process. The heavy support mesh is calendered to ensure longer life of the fragile fine mesh cloth. All our spinneret filters with metal frame are ultrasonically cleaned after manufacture to remove any metal particles caused by the fabricating process.
